"Good value for what I paid"
I didn’t want to spend loads on something like this, and I think I made the right call. It turned up without any hassle, and the quality looks decent enough for the price. It’s not absolutely perfect, but I wasn’t expecting luxury for what I paid, so I’m happy with it overall. I’d probably use them again.
"Return process felt more complicated than expected"
Ordering was easy enough, so I thought the rest would be just as straightforward. But when I needed to return the item, it felt like I’d been led to believe it would be simpler than it actually was. I had to go back and forth just to figure out what I was supposed to send and where it needed to go. The refund also took longer than I expected after they received the item. Maybe others have had a smoother experience, but for me it was slow, frustrating, and a bit misleading. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure I was keeping it.

It was clear and simple enough to use, though I do feel like they could’ve made a few parts a little easier to follow. Still, it got the job done without too much trouble.

"Shipping took longer than it should’ve"
The item did arrive in good shape, but the shipping was slower than I expected. I also didn’t get many updates, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it did feel like they could’ve communicated better and moved things along a bit faster

"Kept in the Loop"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with another brand because I’ve had good luck with them over the years, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect here. But they did a really good job keeping me updated the whole time, which I appreciated. I never felt like I had to chase anyone down for answers, and that definitely made the experience a lot smoother.

"Well Packed and Arrived Safely"
I ordered from exteriorsolutions and overall had a good experience. The box showed a few marks from shipping, but everything inside was wrapped really well and arrived safe. Nothing was missing or damaged, which is always the main thing I look for when ordering stuff online. The only small complaint is that there was a lot of tape, so it took a little longer to open than expected. Still, based on my order, I’m happy with how they handled the packaging and delivery. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ll be honest, the main thing that stood out to me was the pricing. I didn’t pay a ton of attention to every little detail, but the prices just didn’t feel all that fair compared to what I expected
"Missing a few pieces"
I ordered the shutter hardware and when it showed up, the box was missing a few screws and caps. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I still had to, well, I ended up running around locally to find what I needed. For the price, it was a little frustrating.

"Custom Size Fit Like It Should"
I ordered a custom-sized piece from Exterior Solutions and I was a little worried it wouldn’t fit right, because that’s always the risk with custom measurements, right? But when it arrived, the measurements were accurate and it matched exactly what I had ordered. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took a little longer to get here than I was hoping. Still, the order itself was correct, so I really can’t complain too much.

"Not sure the quality matches the price"
The install looked good at first, so I was hopeful. But after a short time, some of the corners and trim started showing wear earlier than I expected. It just makes me question the overall quality of the materials. For what it cost, I thought it would hold up better.

From what I remember, tech support did eventually help me get the issue fixed, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, and the replies were kind of slow. I also remember having to explain the same thing twice, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just average

"Fit Perfectly"
I measured twice before ordering, and they showed up fitting pretty much perfectly. Didn’t have to trim anything or mess around with adjustments. I’m really happy with how easy the whole thing was, and they look great up on the house
"Site works, but feels a bit outdated"
Just going off the look and feel, the site comes across a little old and cluttered, like it technically does what it needs to do but some pages feel messy, I had to poke around more than I expected to find things, and the whole design just feels like it could really use a fresh update

"Ordered the Wrong Trim, Refund Was Fine"
I accidentally ordered the wrong exterior trim piece and of course I only noticed right after checking out, which is always how it goes. I emailed them quickly and the refund wasn’t instant or anything, it took a few days, but it did go back to my card without me having to chase them around. Their support replies were kind of short, not super warm or detailed, but they answered what I needed and got it handled. So yeah, not perfect, but easy enough, and I’d probably use them again

Ordering was totally fine, no complaints there. But the installation? Oh, what a delightful little test of patience that was. The pieces didn’t line up as easily as I expected, and the instructions decided to be vague in all the places where clarity would’ve been useful. I did eventually get it done, but it took way longer than I planned. If you’ve installed this kind of thing before, you’ll probably be okay. If you’re a beginner, maybe clear your schedule and prepare to question your life choices.
